Blackgold Law Firm is a limited liability partnership (spółka komandytowa) organized and governed by Polish law. The full name of the company is Blackgold M. Szum Kancelaria Prawna spółka komandytowa.

All activities of the Blackgold Law Firm concerning provision of legal services by Legal Counsels are regulated and subjected to the Polish Legal Counsels Act 1982 (ustawa z dnia 6 lipca 1982 r. o radcach prawnych) and relevant resolutions of Legal Counsels Regulation Authority. Respectively, all activities concerning provision of legal services by Advocates are regulated by The Law on Advocate Profession 1982 (ustawa z dnia 26 maja 1982 r. prawo o adwokaturze) and relevant resolutions of Advocates Regulation Authority.

Prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism

Blackgold Law Firm has a strict policy on prevention of money laundering practices and financing of terrorism issued accordingly to Polish and EU laws.
